We are recruiting an HRIS Analyst to join our team to support our client in the automotive industry.
NOTE:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support in functional areas of a human resources department
- Process HR transaction requests from the organizations facilities around the U.S. and Canada into the applicable HR system
- Ensuring each request is complete and is compliant with the organization's SOX guidelines
- Update employee records in the HR/Payroll system as appropriate
- Provide critical thinking, and strong attention to detail to ensure compliance with processing
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in business or human resources related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources
- Experience working with an HRIS System is a MUST
- Workday experience required
- Must have a strong disposition toward customer service and proven aptitude for computer-based leave transaction processing with a high level of attention to detail
- Must have strong analytical background with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the aptitude of fast learning and comprehension in a constant process changing environment
- Excellent written and verbal communications, planning and problem-solving skills
- Strong follow-up, organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and meet deadlines
- Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally and within HR with a high level of professionalism
- Working knowledge of SOX principles
- PeopleSoft Transaction entries, ensuring Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) compliance for facilities
- Customer service mindset & the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
PREFERRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with Workday, PeopleSoft and COGNOS or other reporting tools
- Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office products
