Job Description

We are recruiting an HRIS Analyst to join our team to support our client in the automotive industry.

NOTE:

  • 100% onsite

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support in functional areas of a human resources department
  • Process HR transaction requests from the organizations facilities around the U.S. and Canada into the applicable HR system
  • Ensuring each request is complete and is compliant with the organization's SOX guidelines
  • Update employee records in the HR/Payroll system as appropriate
  • Provide critical thinking, and strong attention to detail to ensure compliance with processing

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or human resources related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Experience working with an HRIS System is a MUST
  • Workday experience required
  • Must have a strong disposition toward customer service and proven aptitude for computer-based leave transaction processing with a high level of attention to detail
  • Must have strong analytical background with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the aptitude of fast learning and comprehension in a constant process changing environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communications, planning and problem-solving skills
  • Strong follow-up, organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and meet deadlines
  • Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally and within HR with a high level of professionalism
  • Working knowledge of SOX principles
  • PeopleSoft Transaction entries, ensuring Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) compliance for facilities
  • Customer service mindset & the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

PREFERRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with Workday, PeopleSoft and COGNOS or other reporting tools
  • Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office products
