We are recruiting an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to join our team to support our industry leading client
NOTE:
- Short term contract 2-4 months, could possibly be extended
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Data entry for assets, preventative maintenance, work orders, labour, projects, inventory, etc.
- Create reports including capital hours, equipment hours, inventory, open work orders, training, and cost reports
- Manage (source and order) parts for equipment
- Working with third party contractors on-site, scheduling maintenance; conducting orientation and ensuring they following health and safety protocols
- Maintain accuracy of maintenance database relating to both people and equipment; work with Procurement Specialist to ensure accuracy of database
- Liaise with Maintenance and Plant Manager regarding any large changes or issues that require their attention
- Liaise with Head Office Accounting on capital projects, inventory, month end, purchase orders or invoices
- Ensure all rental companies have provided certificates of insurance and completed all relevant paperwork
- Liaise with Procurement Specialist to troubleshoot issues, implement new processes or improve processes within maintenance database
- Take minutes during monthly production meetings and distribute as required
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Completion of a Business Administration certificate with 1-3 years experience working in a site office environment
- Organized with high attention to detail
- Ability to work in a site office environment
- Ability to walk around site in all seasons
- Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal skills
