We are recruiting an experienced Social Media Analyst to join our team to support our client in the automotive industry.
NOTE:
- Hybrid – 2+ days onsite, per week
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ongoing monitoring and analyzing of various social channels for customer and industry activity related to specific brand quality, in alignment with business, customer care and safety strategies and direction
- Develop strategies to enhance and maximize insights provided by established social media listening tool(s)
- Leverage measurement tools and mine insights and provide regular progress reports
- Continually find ways to improve on listening metrics through testing and new initiatives
- Participate in cross-functional teams reporting for Voice of the Customer (customer sentiment, trending brand topics, top customer concerns)
- Provide ongoing feedback to vehicle brands, dealer network, quality and other groups
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, and presentation
- 1+ year(s) experience or equivalent exposure to a corporate environment
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, with high attention to detail
- Proven Microsoft Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word with experience creating data charts/graphs
- Experience with social media platforms, including, but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X and YouTube
- Aptitude to quick learning
PREFERRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- BA or BS, with specialization on Advertising, Communication or Marketing
- Experience with presenting data metrics, insights or other relevant information to large groups including senior leadership
- Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools including, but not limited to, Sprinklr, Emplifi
- Capable of writing, editing and crafting content for the social media space
