We are recruiting an experienced Software Engineer Practitioner to join our team to support our client in the automotive industry.
NOTE:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and implement an automation test framework for the next-generation computing architectures in our cars
- Developing a test framework, test automation, setting up test benches, and testing execution for a secure bootloader and BSP
- Set up the relevant embedded hardware for testing
- Work with developers to identify critical workflows/tests, automate them, and execute automated test cases
- Document test results and report defects
- Maintenance and enhancement of existing test cases/framework
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent field of study
- 2-5 years (minimum) experience in automation test development - Experience with embedded device testing
- Expertise with Python
- Strong ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a multi-site team environment where self-driven and self-motivated capabilities are key initiatives
