Job Description

As a Junior Inside Sales at MEDA Engineering, you will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing relationships. This role requires someone with strong communication skills and an in-depth understanding of the recruiting process. Your ability to identify client needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions will be key to your success.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Proactively reach out to new potential clients, including businesses in need of technical talent
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, learning their recruitment needs and providing solutions
  • Conduct outbound calls, follow-up communication
  • Track and update lead information and sales activity in our CRM system
  • Partner with the outside sales team to ensure seamless handoffs from you to outside sales team.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, lead-generation quotas, and other key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Stay updated on recruitment trends, competitor offerings, and industry-specific hiring challenges to better inform client discussions

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2-3 years of experience in inside sales, or business development, ideally within the recruitment or staffing industry
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets, generating leads
  • In-depth understanding of the recruitment industry, especially technical and engineering recruitment
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently engage clients
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, video conferencing tools, and sales platforms like LinkedIn, etc
  • Motivated to meet sales goals, with a strong drive to succeed in a competitive market
  • Experience in B2B sales within the recruitment industry, particularly in technical or engineering sectors preferred
  • Knowledge of staffing models (temporary, permanent, executive search, etc.) preferred
